Happy with my BMW 320D, all running well for now. I didn't have much dealing with Junction 6 Motors because it was done via my finance broker, but from what little involvement I had, they were good and very informative on the day. I don't want to give to high of a score only because I wasn't directly involved from start to finish.

I recently purchased my new car a couple of weeks ago, around the 8th of May and I couldn't be happier with it. The car is yet to let me down (which I hope it doesn't) but I can't see that happening. On the day of collection, the car was well presented, plus it came with a fresh service and MOT, so I can't complain. Everyone I had the chance to speak to was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I would happily get another car from here if I was in the market for one.

I bought my Volkswagen Golf from this dealership, and it's been absolutely amazing. The customer service was first class from everyone involved in the sale. Buying a car always makes me nervous, but they really put me at ease and were very informative about the process. It was a nice and relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. I'd give them a solid 5 stars! I'm currently on the lookout for a car for my sister, so I will keep an eye out on their website and hopefully visit here again.

Absolutely brilliant, I was kept in the loop when the car would be ready and I was picked up from the train station and taken to the car shop. The car I got was quality I am totally over the moon with it and will use j6 in the future as and when I need another car. Great customer service and a great motor with no hassle.

I have to admit the whole car buying journey was simplified for me and was such a smooth process, all I had to do was insure and tax the car and on my way. Recommend these gentlemen and wish the boss a safe holiday as he mentioned he was going on annual leave. 5stars!

I'm really impressed with my Porsche Macan! it's been a brilliant car. I think it was Waqas who assisted me on the day of sale, he was nothing short of a really helpful and nice guy to get along with. Before driving away, he made me aware of a camera that needed some attention, but this was reflected in the price, which I thought was fair and honest of him. Even after driving away, I had a follow up call to make sure everything wis well, which was a nice touch.

I've been getting on well with my Volvo XC70. In fact, I took it on holiday to Italy and it handled the drive without any issues, I'm heading back home to Sunderland today. The team here has a great personality that isn't pushy, which is fantastic. They're also very responsive before, during, and even after my purchase. Dealing with a used car dealership can be stressful due to the stigma, but this wasn't the case here.

Honestly, my Ford Galaxy has been doing grand since driving it away. I've given it a good run out, and it turned out to be worth the trip down from home. The customer service from start to finish was amazing, and the team was always very informative before I committed to making the trip. They even picked me up from the airport, with me flying in from Belfast. What more could you ask for from a dealership? It was a long drive back, but it meant I was able to give it a good test drive and thankfully everything was okay, so I didn't have to make the trip back.

I'm very impressed with the level of service that I received from the sales team, not once did I feel pressured into committing to the Vauxhall Insignia that I showed interest in. After a quick look around the car and a couple of questions answered, I was happy to go ahead with it. I've honestly got no complaints about how the sale was handled, and I think this dealership deserves the praise.

I'm perfectly happy with my new Ford Focus from Junction 6 Motors. The car is everything I hoped it would be and is running great. I really enjoy driving it at the moment, so a big thank you from me. Keep up the good work.
