Excellent service from Kaz when I bought my Toyota Verso. We had to travel quite a distance and he made sure the vehicle was MOT'd and serviced in advance. What an experience it was buying my car with Waqas. He was upfront and honest, pointing out a few things that needed attention. He went above and beyond by changing the timing parts, getting a full service done, and even repainting the front bumper for me. We took the car for a test drive, and I was happy to leave a deposit since there was a lot of interest in the car. I was away for two weeks for work, which gave them time to complete all the necessary work on the car. Everything was ready when I returned, and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!

Always kept me up to date
After looking online for a Vauxhall Insignia, I came across Junction 6, where they had a wonderful selection of cars at really fair prices. Luckily for me, they had exactly what I was looking for; the insignia they had available had been kept in great condition, so I opted to have it delivered. Easy process!
Happy with my BMW 320D, all running well for now. I didn't have much dealing with Junction 6 Motors because it was done via my finance broker, but from what little involvement I had, they were good and very informative on the day. I don't want to give to high of a score only because I wasn't directly involved from start to finish.

Saying I've put a lot of miles on my car already is an understatement because I reckon I've put about 600 miles on the car already! - I can't remember the name of the salesman on the day but I wish I did. After explaining my situation, he understood that I needed the Audi A5 asap and he even stayed over until 8 to make sure my Audi was ready the following day. The car has been very reliable since driving it away so I've got no issues giving 5 stars.

I bought my Volkswagen Golf from this dealership, and it's been absolutely amazing. The customer service was first class from everyone involved in the sale. Couldn't do enough for me
I recently purchased my new car a couple of weeks ago, around the 8th of May and I couldn't be happier with it. The car is yet to let me down (which I hope it doesn't) but I can't see that happening. On the day of collection, the car was well presented, plus it came with a fresh service and MOT, so I can't complain. Everyone I had the chance to speak to was so helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I would happily get another car from here if I was in the market for one.

To Italy and back
I've been getting on well with my Volvo XC70. In fact, I took it on holiday to Italy and it handled the drive without any issues, I'm heading back home to Sunderland today. The team here has a great personality that isn't pushy, which is fantastic. They're also very responsive before, during, and even after my purchase. Dealing with a used car dealership can be stressful due to the stigma, but this wasn't the case here.

I'm really impressed with my Porsche Macan! it's been a brilliant car. I think it was Waqas who assisted me on the day of sale, he was nothing short of a really helpful and nice guy to get along with. Before driving away, he made me aware of a camera that needed some attention, but this was reflected in the price, which I thought was fair and honest of him. Even after driving away, I had a follow up call to make sure everything wis well, which was a nice touch.

What a fantastic service from J6 Motors! After having a browse like most over the internet, I noticed there was quite a selection of great cars, all located at J6 Motors. In the end, I opted to arrange a visit to see their VW Tiguan, as I loved the look of the vehicle and it had great mileage. On the day, the car was all ready for me, and I could tell they had, but in time to get the car all shiny and clean throughout, I was met by Kas, who throughout was nothing but brilliant. He took the time to take me around the car to talk about any additions, features, and functions, then gave me the time and space to look around freely and make my own assessment of the car. In doing so, I found that I wanted to buy it even more, so following a swift test drive, I decided to snap it up before someone else came along, signed the paper work, and then arranged a day for me to come and collect the car. so just a very efficient professional service.

Concerned, I contacted this dealer and to my relief, they responded promptly and with a genuine desire to resolve the problem. The owner went above and beyond to rectify the issue, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. From my experience their prices are firm but they are prepared to a very high standard and the after sale team are there if a problem occurs. I rather pay that little extra knowing these guys will not disappear when there is an issue. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of not only quality vehicles but also first class after sale service. I'll be back again in few years for an upgrade!

I got a brilliant little Corsa from Junction 6 in Blackburn, its runs great! All was great when buying my car - Including the customer service of course. I noticed one of the tyres were sightly worn, I mentioned it and he paid for me to get a new tyre... I mean, you cant really argue with this kind of service can you? I would rate 5 stars, nothing less, I have no reason to not give a 5.

Genuinely impressed with the customer service, they were not hesitant in answering any questions I had about my car, benefited with a full sales package which included a new mot service and warranty, although I test drove the VW Golf and everything seemed fine, they had advised me that they were not happy with the clutch and therefore it would be replaced, I wouldn't have even known if they didn't point this out...All of this work was done with no extra add ons - this car shop is first class, I salute their honesty and professionalism!!!!

Travelled from Scotland to purchase a Car
I recently purchased a Volvo XC70 from J6 Motors and dealt with Adam. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I'm based in Glasgow, quite some distance from the garage.I called and had some Initial questions about the car which resulted in Adam getting a few bits of work carried out before I made the journey down which was a great touch. They also had the car MOT'd. I drove down at the weekend and was given space and time to just check over the car without any of the usual annoying salesman interference. The car was exactly as described and immaculate. I test drove the car on a few types of roads and decided to take the car. I would definitely purchase a car from these guys again and would highly recommend.

Bought a car without seeing it for the first time
I had come across this dealership via Autotrader and emailed to ask about availability and more information on the Audi A3. I got a reply answering all my questions and was told it was going through preparation as just come in stock. I then decided to take the next step and leave a deposit of £500 which to be truthful I was little nervous especially when I've not seen the car or test driven it and never bought a car online before. Fast forward to taking delivery I can honestly say it was exactly as described and I could not fault them one bit, however just for my reassurance I had booked my local garage to have a check over few days later and I was given the green light with no issues to report back. They went above and beyond to ensure I would be happy and I would certainly recommend anyone to buy a car from these guys, you won't even need to leave the sofa just choose your car and have it delivered you will not be disappointed for sure!! Absolutely amazing! The customer service provided by the guys at the Blackburn dealership were fantastic, they answered any question I had and were very informative of the Aygo that I was purchasing! Fantastic buying experience!
A fantastic experience buying from Junction 6 Motors, once the deal was agreed, there was no hidden catches or fees that popped up. The sales guys were very open and honest from the start, and sold me a lovely Skoda Octavia. It was in such a good condition for a second hand car I was more than happy to take it away with me. I have had no issues since, and would recommend anyone to visit the trustworthy team!

I recently bought a Golf here and I'm over the moon with it. Its in really good condition for a second hand car. I had a friendly and helpful salesman and everybody else I met was pleasant too. I would buy another car here in the future...
